We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults that may arise within one year; it does not cover general wear and tear. 

Our warranty process follows a 3 step procedure: 

  1. If you experience a fault, we’ll happily repair your item at no charge within the first year of purchase. 
  2. If we’re unable to repair the item and we believe it is the manufacturer's fault, we will replace the item with the same or similar item. 
  3. If we’re unable to replace the item, we will issue a full refund or store credit. 

To have an item repaired under warranty we must first obtain proof of purchase. Items will not be accepted without proof of purchase. 

Most repairs take between 1-2 weeks to complete depending on the issue and availability of our repair partners. We’ll do our best to get your item back to you as quickly as possible.
